Chris Garbe and his team did a complete renovation of our Long Beach condo including opening up and building a brand new kitchen , complete guest bathroom renovation and converting dining space to a den/guest room, painting the whole house and putting up new lighting for the whole house. Since the condo was in a high rise there were many restrictions for the contractors to work there. Chris partnered with the HOA and did a wonderful clean job that impressed the HOA so much so that they commented it was the cleanest demolition they had ever seen. Chris and his team were very professional and reliable and always had a solution for any issue that cropped up during the renovation. We were in a tight schedule and needed to move into our renovated condo on a specific date, Chris and his team really worked hard to make it happen right on time. Their workmanship was fabulous and very detailed. His friendly team always showed up on time, and cleaned up after them. We were renovating for the first time and were really apprehensive because of the size of the project and also the scary stories we had heard about contractors dragging the job for months or dumping the job in the middle. Chris Garbe and his workers did an outstanding job completely remodeling our guest bathroom. They installed a new tub, toilet and vanity/sinktop, along with a new tile floor and 3-sided tile tub enclosure, floor to ceiling, including a custom-designed decorative accent line connecting the tub to the sink. The overall "look" is fabulous and we're very proud to show it off to our family and friends. All the men worked hard, paid careful attention to the smallest details, were always courteous and professional, and were very careful to keep the house as clean and dust-free as possible throughout the entire project. Chris and his crew remodeled my bathroom and we could not have been happier with the job they did. The whole crew was easy to work with and had great attention to detail. Some problems with our bathroom were discovered during the job, for example the old floor below the old vinyl floor had rotted and had to be replaced. Also, there were some recommendations that I hadn't thought of, for example Chris recommended we take out a small beam in the ceiling that looked weird since we were incorporating a small hallway into the bathroom. In both cases, Chris gave us options and told us upfront about the cost. In the end, the job was still very reasonably priced and and the work was excellent!Read More
